Kelsey Earle

Kelsey is a team-oriented leader with a passion for innovation, technology and business. Kelsey obtained her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park in May 2017. Currently, Kelsey is a Category Manager at Amazon Web Services.

While attending the University of Maryland, Kelsey’s campus involvement included: 

  • Center of Minorities in Science and Engineering 

    - Summer Bridge Program 

  • Department of Resident Life - Resident Assistant (3 Years) 

  • Clark School Ambassador 

  • QUEST Honors Program 

  • Maryland EDGE Program

Through her college tenure, Kelsey interned at: 

  • IBM

  • Stay N Touch Start-Up

  • W.L Gore and Associates

  • Teach For America

After graduation, Kelsey accepted a position with the Whiting-Turner Contracting Company as a project engineer. Kelsey was then granted the opportunity to work at Deloitte as a consultant in their Infrastructure and Capital Projects Practice. Kelsey also has her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and is LEED GA certified. 

Kelsey is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. 

Kelsey serves as the incumbent President for the BTX Foundation.
