Kelsey Davis
Kelsey is a team-oriented leader with a passion for innovation, technology and business. Kelsey obtained her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park in May 2017. Currently, Kelsey is a Technical Program Manager for Amazon Web Services. Kelsey serves as the incumbent President for the BTX Foundation.
Dominick Littleton
Dominick is an emerging leader with a passion for innovation and collaboration. Dominick obtained his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Maryland College Park in May 2018. Currently, he is a Management Consulting Analyst at Accenture and co-lead with Accenture’s African American ERG. Dominick serves as the incumbent Vice President for the BTX Foundation.
Cillisha Knights
Cillisha obtained her Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering, with a minor in Engineering Leadership Development, from the University of Maryland, College Park in May 2018. In addition, she obtained her Masters in Business Administration in 2021. Currently, Cillisha is a Business Technology Consultant at Procon Consulting, LLC.
Dania Morris
Currently, Dania is an Sr. Project R&D Engineer at Opus Medical Therapies. Dania is a curious engineer who has a strategic and creative approach to overcome diverse design challenges. Dania obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in International Engineering at the University of Maryland, College Park in December 2017. After graduation, Dania accepted a position with Medtronic as an R&D Engineer. She then later joined Opus Medical Therapies, working to develop novel heart valve technologies. Dania serves as the incumbent Secretary for the BTX Foundation.
Marcus Davis
Marcus is a Systems Engineering and product management professional who’s integrity, work ethic, and ability to empathize are key differentiators that allow him to excel in his career. Marcus obtained his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park in Dec. 2017 and his Masters in Systems Engineering from John’s Hopkins University in Dec. 2022. Currently, Marcus is a Sr. Technical Product Manager at Amazon.
Tomi Falodun
Tomi is a creative and dedicated leader who strives to expand and combine his knowledge of art, business, communications, and technology to generate new ideas. Tomi obtained his Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Maryland, College Park in May 2018. Currently, Tomi is a Senior Consultant at EY.
Chariah Ghee
Chariah is a passionate and dynamic engineer with a passion for collaboration, skill growth, and helping others. Chariah obtained her Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering, with a minor in Engineering Leadership Development, at the University of Maryland, College Park in May 2018. Currently, Chariah is a Manufacturing Engineering Manager with Pratt and Whitney, a Raytheon Technologies Company and received her Masters of Engineering in Project Management.
Darien Strachan
Darien is a diligent and skilled leader with a passion for problem solving, communications, and learning new things. Darien obtained his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park in May 2018. Currently, Darien is a Software Engineering Associate Manager at Accenture and serves as the lead in Accenture’s DC African American Resource Group.
